RowErg — Air Resistance Rowing Machine

Every session is tracked in full on the PM5 monitor, which displays distance, time, stroke rate, watts, calories, and split pace as you row. The monitor sits on an adjustable arm so you can angle it to your seat height and sightline. Workouts can be programmed as fixed or variable sessions, set by either time or distance, to match whatever training plan you're following.
Comfort is built in throughout: adjustable footrests keep your stride secure, and the ergonomic handle maintains a natural grip and wrist position through every stroke.
When you're done, the frame splits into two sections and folds down for compact storage, then moves easily on its caster wheels without needing to be lifted.
