Please note: this model has no built-in monitor. Workout data is shown on your own smartphone or tablet through the free WATERROWER Connect app via Bluetooth. A phone or tablet is required and is not included.

Rowing on Real Water

The WaterRower flywheel spins in real water, so the harder you row, the greater the resistance. The result is a smooth, progressive stroke with the feel and sound of rowing on water. Overall resistance is adjusted by changing the volume of water in the tank.

Measured at the Pulley

The PowerPulley system uses a calibrated strain gauge and optical sensor to measure force and power directly at the pulley. In the WATERROWER Connect app (iOS and Android) you can see power, force, energy, stroke length, 500 m pace, stroke rate, distance and time, review past workouts and sync sessions to Apple Health or Strava. It is also compatible with Kinomap.

A folding arm holds your phone or tablet in view, and heart rate can be shown with a compatible Bluetooth heart-rate monitor, sold separately.

Performance Upgrades

XL dual rails allow a longer stroke, the wider handle has a rubberised grip, and a commercial-grade adjustable footboard with secure straps keeps your feet in place. The contoured seat runs on dual bearing rollers.

Stands Tall When Stored

After your session, stand the rower upright on a footprint of about 56 x 53 cm, and move it easily on the integrated rubber dolly wheels.
