Resistance at the Turn of a Dial
The Fluid Technology resistance system uses water to give a smooth, consistent feel throughout every stroke. Unlike many water rowers, resistance is changed with a simple dial, so there is no need to add or remove water. Five levels let you set the intensity that suits you.
Your Data, Your Way
The LCD monitor shows speed, time, distance, 500 m split, calories, watts, METs and interval training information. Bluetooth lets you track your progress with compatible fitness apps on your own device, and heart rate can be shown when paired with a compatible heart-rate belt such as Polar H7 or H10 (sold separately).
A Comfortable Rowing Position
A textured seat helps keep you securely in place on the dual rails, while adjustable footplates and foot straps hold your feet steady. The angled handle offers a wide grip for users of all sizes. After your session, roll the rower on its transport wheels and stand it upright to save space.
