Life Fitness Heat Performance Row with TFT 2.0 Console

Life Fitness Heat Performance Row

with TFT 2.0 Console

100 resistance levels  ·  WattRate power meter  ·  Self-powered, no mains needed

A self-powered rowing machine built for regular, demanding training, from steady endurance rows to all-out sprint work. It combines air and magnetic resistance with a TFT 2.0 console and live power feedback on every stroke.

At the Catch

The air and magnetic resistance system offers 100 levels, so you can move quickly from light strokes to heavy efforts. A 300-degree resistance knob sits within easy reach at the catch position, and quick-release ratchet foot straps make it fast to get in and out.

Through the Drive

A Poly-V belt drive with a chain pull gives a clean, steady stroke. Buttons on the ergonomic handle let you switch console screens mid-row without breaking form.

Every Stroke Measured

The WattRate direct power meter, rated by Life Fitness to within +/- 1%, shows your power output on every stroke to help you pace sessions and follow your progress. The TFT 2.0 console displays time, distance, strokes per minute, 500 m split, resistance level, calories, watts and heart rate, and Coach by Color gives a quick visual cue of your effort level.

Built-in programmes include Quick Start, Power Training, Heart Rate Training, Interval Training, Race a Distance and Race a Friend. Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity let you pair compatible heart-rate monitors and fitness apps, and a phone holder keeps your device in view.

Row Anywhere

A built-in generator with a LiPo battery powers the console as you row, so no mains connection is needed and the rower can be placed wherever suits you. A transport handle and two wheels make it easy to move.
