Eight resistance levels are set with a simple dial, so you can match the intensity to your pace and goals. A 10-litre water tank provides a smooth, realistic rowing feel, and the belt drive keeps operation quiet. The seat glides on dual rails for a balanced, steady stroke.

The rower supports users up to 120 kg and up to 200 cm tall. A seat height of 27 cm makes it easy to get on and off.

Console and apps

The battery-powered LCD console shows time, 500 m split, distance, calories, pulse, strokes, strokes per minute and total strokes. Heart rate requires a compatible chest strap, sold separately. A tablet holder lets you use apps such as Kinomap on your own phone or tablet (subscription may be required).
