Hybrid Resistance

The air-magnetic resistance system gives a smooth, steady stroke at any pace and responds naturally as you row harder or easier. Thirty-two resistance levels let you fine-tune the intensity, from steady endurance rows to hard sprints.

Touchscreen Training

The touchscreen console offers 60 built-in programmes, including heart-rate controlled sessions, custom workouts, a body fat test and watt-target training, plus virtual rowing routes. It displays time, distance, 500 m pace, strokes per minute, watts, calories, heart rate and resistance level, with a summary after each session.

Up to six user profiles let everyone in the household track their own progress. Entertainment apps such as Netflix, YouTube and Spotify can be used on the console (your own subscriptions and Wi-Fi required). Heart rate is measured with a compatible wireless chest strap, sold separately.

Comfortable Position

An extra-wide handle, cushioned raised seat and long single rail make for a comfortable, natural rowing position. The rower supports users up to 150 kg.

Easy to Put Away

When you are finished, stand the rower upright for storage and move it on its transport wheels.
