A 3.0 HP continuous-duty DC motor powers speeds from 0.8 to 16 km/h, with incline adjustable from 0 to 12%. The 51 x 140 cm running surface sits on the FlexDeck shock absorption system with Lifespring shock absorbers for a cushioned feel underfoot. Side handrails and a front Ergo bar add support, and warm-up and cool-down modes help ease you in and out of each session. |
What the Console Does
GoSystem Quick Start – remembers your preferred walking, jogging and running speeds and inclines so you can start with a single press.
Workouts and Profiles – built-in workouts, a message centre, detailed workout feedback and up to four user profiles.
Bluetooth Connectivity – pairs with Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch and your smartphone, and works with Life Fitness Connect, Apple Health, Zwift and Kinomap.
HeartSync Workouts – heart rate is tracked through the contact sensors or a compatible wireless chest strap (sold separately).
Folding and Everyday Use
A gas-assisted folding mechanism and four mobility wheels make the F3 easier to fold, lower and move around. Energy Saver mode reduces power use when the treadmill is idle, while dual cup holders, an accessory tray, a reading rack and a device holder keep your essentials close.
